Loquat tea

The leaves of loquat dry tree produce a tea which is anti – cancerogenic, anti HIV, anti cardio vascular disease anti pancreas disease and certainly many others anti – disease such as anti-nausea to the fishermen. The process is to take one leaf, you boil it, then you let it skim on the boiler being off for 15 minutes and when it gets the liquid a reddish colour the tea is ready. A garden which produces 365 at least leaves per year has reached sustainability to one person. And this is a lesson of sustainability whether it is one sterling per day in a business or a cup of tea for a whole year, simple as that.
